Acquire UDC Land description
The Urban Development Corporation (UDC) is one of the leading urban and rural development agencies in the Caribbean. The core business objective of the UDC is to make development happen through the planning and implementation of comprehensive projects and programmes in designated areas.
The Corporation is currently working in five areas to produce and implement development plans. These areas are: i) Kingston and Port Royal, ii) Caymanas - St. Catherine, iii) Ocho Rios - St. Ann, iv) Falmouth - Trelawny and v) Montego Bay - St. James.
The Corporation manages approximately Seventy-One Billion Jamaican Dollars (JMD $71.0 B) worth of real property assets for the Government of Jamaica (GOJ). These include not only land, but also buildings, beaches and attractions.
If you are interested in making development happen for Jamaica? One way of doing this, is by partnering with the UDC as an Investor. If you want to know how you can acquire UDC lands/assets - see below for step-by-step guidelines on this business process. You may also visit the UDC website for more.
