Access to the NBP Website:
The accessibility and operation of the NBP relies on technologies, some of which are not under our control. We do not guarantee continuous accessibility or uninterrupted operation of the website.
 
We reserve all rights to deny or restrict access to the Portal by any particular person or to block access from any internet address to this website, at any time, without ascribing any reasons whatsoever.
 
Communication with You:
Where appropriate we may contact you via telephone, e-mail, or text messages for additional information and clarification on the registration of your investor profile or investment idea/project.  At all times, the sender of an email prepared by NBP/JAMPRO will be easily identifiable and reachable, via email or phone.
 
Termination:
We may terminate or suspend access to the Portal immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Use.  All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

The Portal contains links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by ​the NBP.  The NBP/JAMPRO​ has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services, including those of our Business Facilitation Partners (BFPs).  Further, by your acceptance of these Terms, you acknowledge and agree that ​the NBP/JAMPRO shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites.  If you click a link to an external website, you will leave the NBP website and become subject to the privacy and security policies of the owners/sponsors of the external website.
 
Modifications to the Terms:
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least thirty (3​0) days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
 
Changes will be posted on this page. Your use of the Portal after changes have been posted on the website will constitute your agreement to the modified Terms of Use and all of the changes.  We may also modify or discontinue any information, content or features that form part of the NBP’s website at any time, with or without notice to you, and without liability.
